Shipping
All in stock orders are shipped within 48 hours, although we usually ship within 24 hours. Occasionally and order may need to be shipped directly from the manufacturer. This may take longer, but you will be notified about the status of your order.
We are currently offering flat rate shipping of $6.95, with free shipping when your order reaches $75.00. We ship USPS priority mail and include delivery confirmation on each order. Insurance is always an option upon request, and the customer is responsible for the cost of the insurance.
Returns and Exchanges
We strive to help each parent find the perfect carrier for their needs. For this reason, we are happy to accept returns and exchanges, with some guidelines. If you have difficulty with your new carrier, contact us first. We will assist you in wearing your carrier in a safe and comfortable manner. If you would still like to return your order, we will gladly accept your carrier in new, unwashed, resalable condition for a refund or store credit. Returns must be made within 30 calendar days of the original order or within 30 calendar days of your baby's birth if the carrier was a gift.
